Steve started his career at LEM as a very frustrated young 16 year old needing to perform the most boring task imaginable. Due to his perseverance and ambition to move on he was gradually trained and moved through the company, Steve progressed to Team Leader of a section of high quality products that were used on the Swiss Railways, he was responsible for everything from manufacturing through to calibration and conformance of these products, Steve held various engineering roles until the company was sold in 2006, he then spent a further 2 years working with Fluke in China to ensure the smooth handover of products to the team in Shanghai. Since then Steve has worked for several large companies like Unipart Dorman Norcott and MPE before joining HEME in 2021. Steve covers both internal and on-site calibrations.
