Phil has 40 years experience in the electronics / calibration industry. Phil spent 24 years working for LEM where he progressed through the company starting as a calibration technician , moving on to electronic design, production engineering, production management and was the UK & European Customer Services Manager when the company was bought by Fluke in 2006. Phil moved to Fluke in 2006 in charge of Business Development for Fluke on-site calibration services covering the whole UK. In 2016 Phil set up HEME International Ltd in Skelmersdale and with personal investment the company has gone from strength to strength
